Introduction<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"14243\" data-end=\"14419\">These <strong data-start=\"14249\" data-end=\"14280\">Donation Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong> (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the use of the website <strong data-start=\"14321\" data-end=\"14354\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/vsigaskauskufondas.lt\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"14323\" data-end=\"14352\">https:\/\/vsigaskauskufondas.lt<\/a><\/strong> (the \u201cWebsite\u201d) and the making of donations through the Website.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"14421\" data-end=\"14448\">The Website is operated by:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"14450\" data-end=\"14615\"><strong data-start=\"14450\" data-end=\"14496\">Non-Profit organization \"R\u016bta and Danas Ga\u0161kauskai\"<\/strong><br data-start=\"14496\" data-end=\"14499\" \/>(\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d), a public institution (vie\u0161oji \u012fstaiga) established under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"14617\" data-end=\"14778\">By using the Website or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or make donations through it.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"14780\" data-end=\"14783\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"14785\" data-end=\"14831\">2. Purpose of the Fund and Use of Donations<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"14833\" data-end=\"14881\">Our non-profit organisation exists to support:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"14883\" data-end=\"15107\">\n<p data-start=\"14885\" data-end=\"15107\"><strong data-start=\"14885\" data-end=\"15107\">[briefly describe: e.g. \u201cmedical treatment, rehabilitation, home adaptation and related needs of R\u016bta and Danas Ga\u0161kauskas, as well as other support activities as defined in our founding documents and Lithuanian law.\u201d]<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"15109\" data-end=\"15253\">Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a particular campaign, <strong data-start=\"15170\" data-end=\"15222\">donations are used to support the above purposes<\/strong>, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"15255\" data-end=\"15586\">\n<li data-start=\"15255\" data-end=\"15313\">\n<p data-start=\"15257\" data-end=\"15313\">medical expenses, rehabilitation, care and assistance;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"15314\" data-end=\"15409\">\n<p data-start=\"15316\" data-end=\"15409\">home adaptation, special equipment, transport and accommodation needs related to treatment;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"15410\" data-end=\"15586\">\n<p data-start=\"15412\" data-end=\"15586\">administrative and organisational costs necessary to raise funds and manage the Fund (e.g. bank fees, payment gateway fees, accounting, legal services, Website and IT costs).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"15588\" data-end=\"15904\">We will use donations <strong data-start=\"15610\" data-end=\"15627\">in good faith<\/strong> and as efficiently as possible to achieve the stated purposes. However, we reserve the right to <strong data-start=\"15724\" data-end=\"15744\">reallocate funds<\/strong> between related needs (for example, between different medical or rehabilitation expenses), if this is necessary or more appropriate given the actual situation.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"15906\" data-end=\"15909\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"15911\" data-end=\"15934\">3. Making a Donation<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"15936\" data-end=\"15961\">3.1. <strong data-start=\"15941\" data-end=\"15961\">Voluntary nature<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"15963\" data-end=\"16091\">All donations are made <strong data-start=\"15986\" data-end=\"16001\">voluntarily<\/strong>. You are under no obligation to donate and you should only donate amounts you can afford.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"16093\" data-end=\"16121\">3.2. <strong data-start=\"16098\" data-end=\"16121\">Methods of donation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"16123\" data-end=\"16145\">Donations can be made:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"16147\" data-end=\"16397\">\n<li data-start=\"16147\" data-end=\"16243\">\n<p data-start=\"16149\" data-end=\"16243\">via the online forms on the Website (e.g. using <strong data-start=\"16197\" data-end=\"16207\">GiveWP<\/strong> and integrated payment gateways);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"16244\" data-end=\"16323\">\n<p data-start=\"16246\" data-end=\"16323\">by bank transfer to our official bank account(s), as stated on the Website;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"16324\" data-end=\"16397\">\n<p data-start=\"16326\" data-end=\"16397\">by any other method clearly indicated on the Website from time to time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"16399\" data-end=\"16436\">3.3. <strong data-start=\"16404\" data-end=\"16436\">Information you must provide<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"16438\" data-end=\"16498\">When making an online donation, you may be asked to provide:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"16500\" data-end=\"16700\">\n<li data-start=\"16500\" data-end=\"16526\">\n<p data-start=\"16502\" data-end=\"16526\">your name and surname;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"16527\" data-end=\"16545\">\n<p data-start=\"16529\" data-end=\"16545\">email address;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"16546\" data-end=\"16595\">\n<p data-start=\"16548\" data-end=\"16595\">billing address (if required for accounting);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"16596\" data-end=\"16649\">\n<p data-start=\"16598\" data-end=\"16649\">payment details (processed by payment providers);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"16650\" data-end=\"16700\">\n<p data-start=\"16652\" data-end=\"16700\">any message or dedication you choose to include.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"16702\" data-end=\"16782\">You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and not misleading.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"16784\" data-end=\"16818\">3.4. <strong data-start=\"16789\" data-end=\"16818\">Minimum \/ maximum amounts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"16820\" data-end=\"16955\">We may apply <strong data-start=\"16833\" data-end=\"16844\">minimum<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"16848\" data-end=\"16859\">maximum<\/strong> donation amounts per transaction, as indicated in the donation form or by the payment provider.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"16957\" data-end=\"16985\">3.5. <strong data-start=\"16962\" data-end=\"16985\">Recurring donations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"16987\" data-end=\"17223\">If you choose to create a <strong data-start=\"17013\" data-end=\"17035\">recurring donation<\/strong> (e.g. monthly), you authorise us and\/or our payment service provider to collect the specified amount at the chosen frequency until you cancel. You can usually cancel a recurring donation:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"17225\" data-end=\"17378\">\n<li data-start=\"17225\" data-end=\"17308\">\n<p data-start=\"17227\" data-end=\"17308\">directly via your account with the payment provider (e.g. bank, PayPal), and\/or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"17309\" data-end=\"17378\">\n<p data-start=\"17311\" data-end=\"17378\">by contacting us using the contact details provided on the Website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"17380\" data-end=\"17470\">Please allow a reasonable time (e.g. a few working days) for cancellations to take effect.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"17472\" data-end=\"17475\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"17477\" data-end=\"17510\">4. We encourage you to review them before donating.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"17880\" data-end=\"17910\">4.2. <strong data-start=\"17885\" data-end=\"17910\">Bank and gateway fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"17912\" data-end=\"18133\">We may incur bank charges, payment gateway fees or currency conversion fees related to your donation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these costs are <strong data-start=\"18066\" data-end=\"18096\">deducted from the donation<\/strong> and covered from the funds received.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"18135\" data-end=\"18138\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"18140\" data-end=\"18186\">5. Confirmation, Receipts and Tax Treatment<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"18188\" data-end=\"18218\">5.1. <strong data-start=\"18193\" data-end=\"18218\">Donation confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"18220\" data-end=\"18444\">After a successful online donation, you should receive an <strong data-start=\"18278\" data-end=\"18304\">on-screen confirmation<\/strong> and\/or <strong data-start=\"18312\" data-end=\"18329\">email receipt<\/strong> to the email address you provided. If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"18446\" data-end=\"18472\">5.2. <strong data-start=\"18451\" data-end=\"18472\">Tax deductibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"18474\" data-end=\"18605\">The tax treatment of your donation depends on the law of your country of residence. These Terms do <strong data-start=\"18573\" data-end=\"18580\">not<\/strong> constitute tax advice.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"18607\" data-end=\"18921\">\n<li data-start=\"18607\" data-end=\"18767\">\n<p data-start=\"18609\" data-end=\"18767\">Donors in Lithuania and other countries should consult their own tax advisor or local rules to confirm whether and how their donation may be tax-deductible.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"18768\" data-end=\"18921\">\n<p data-start=\"18770\" data-end=\"18921\">We may, where applicable, issue documents required by Lithuanian law to confirm the donation, but we cannot guarantee any specific tax benefit for you.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"18923\" data-end=\"18926\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"18928\" data-end=\"18947\">6. Subject to personal data protection and confidentiality:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"19783\" data-end=\"20031\">\n<li data-start=\"19783\" data-end=\"19905\">\n<p data-start=\"19785\" data-end=\"19905\">we may publish general information about donations received and how funds are used (e.g. reports, summaries, updates);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"19906\" data-end=\"20031\">\n<p data-start=\"19908\" data-end=\"20031\">we may share more detailed financial information with relevant authorities, auditors and in accordance with Lithuanian law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"20033\" data-end=\"20103\">Individual donors are usually <strong data-start=\"20063\" data-end=\"20070\">not<\/strong> listed by name publicly, unless:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"20105\" data-end=\"20236\">\n<li data-start=\"20105\" data-end=\"20206\">\n<p data-start=\"20107\" data-end=\"20206\">you explicitly consent to such publication (e.g. if we ever offer \u201cpublic donor list\u201d option); or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"20207\" data-end=\"20236\">\n<p data-start=\"20209\" data-end=\"20236\">the law requires otherwise.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"20238\" data-end=\"20241\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"20243\" data-end=\"20270\">8.
